Before we meet, you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire so I can understand where you are now, what you’re working through and where you want to go next.
From there, I’ll create the focus for our day around your priorities.
We may review real clinical or business situations, work through decisions you’ve been sitting on, identify gaps and opportunities, challenge what may be holding you back, and create clear direction for what comes next.
There is no fixed curriculum and no generic agenda. We spend the day where it can create the most value for you.

My career has never followed a straight line. I came to Australia at 18 and built my life from the ground up. I have experienced bankruptcy, worked demanding shifts as an ICU nurse and reached a point of burnout where I knew something had to change.
That change led me to aesthetics and ultimately to building a career and life I could never have imagined at the beginning.
Over the past decade, I have built three businesses, developed teams, educated and mentored practitioners, received industry and business recognition, and stepped onto stages in Australia and internationally to share what I have learned.
But behind every achievement have been decisions, risks, mistakes, reinvention and moments where I have had to ask myself, “What comes next?”
I know what it takes to move from practitioner to business owner, from business owner to leader, and from building a clinic to building a brand, reputation and opportunities beyond the treatment room. That is the experience I bring to our day together.
I’ll share what worked, what didn’t, what I would do differently and the lessons that helped me build what I have today. Because sometimes the most valuable thing a mentor can give you isn’t more information. It’s perspective.

The purpose is not to give you more information for the sake of it. It is to help you identify what deserves your attention and move forward with greater clarity.
